Västerbottensost in Gastro Helsinki -HoReCa trade fair

Västerbottensost– cheese is being presented in Finland’s leading event for HoReCa –sector Gastro Helsinki –trade fair exhibition between 16th and 18 th of March.

Västerbottensost presents tapas with oriental twist to trade fair visitors. Chef Mikko Rannikko and Transmeri’s key account manager Mervi Wahlroos (pic) created these new wonderful recipies. In picture also top chef Aki Wahlman enjoying the atmosphere.
